All orders placed on zentrient.com are subject to processing time before shipment.

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays).

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on a business day, or anytime on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.

  • High Volume Periods: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, major sales events) or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays on our website banner or through direct email updates.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

    • Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.

    • Carriers Used: USPS, UPS, FedEx (carrier chosen based on package specifics and destination for optimal delivery).

  • Expedited Shipping (e.g., 2-Day, Overnight):

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected speed.

    • Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days from the date of shipment (depending on service selected and destination).

    • Carriers Used: UPS, FedEx (specific service like UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx Priority Overnight).

Please Note:

  • Delivery estimates are for transit time after the order has been processed and shipped.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the carrier, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

  • We do not currently offer Saturday or Sunday delivery as a standard option unless specifically indicated by the carrier for your chosen service.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Zentrient ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS services only. Expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.

  • APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Please note that due to military mail restrictions, delivery times to these locations can be significantly longer (up to several weeks) and tracking updates may be less frequent once the package enters the military mail system.

4. International Shipping

Currently, Zentrient primarily ships within the United States. We may offer international shipping to select countries in the future. Please check back for updates or contact us directly if you are interested in international delivery.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track your order's progress directly on the carrier's website.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Not Applicable for US Domestic)

For domestic US shipments, you will not be charged customs, duties, or import taxes. These charges are only applicable for international shipments and would be the responsibility of the customer (if international shipping is offered in the future).

7. Damages, Lost Packages, and Returns

  • Damages: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@zentrient.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may involve a replacement or refund. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

    1. Check around your property and with neighbors.

    2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to inquire about the package's whereabouts.

    3. If the package cannot be located by the carrier, please contact us at contact@zentrient.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and determining the next steps.
