Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zentrient, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging, including any protective wrapping, boxes, or dust bags.
Your item must have all original tags and labels attached.
You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Products returned after the 30-day return window.
Items that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered.
Items not in their original packaging or missing original tags.
Gift cards.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at contact@zentrient.com within your 30-day return window. Please include:
Your Order Number.
The item(s) you wish to return.
The reason for the return.
(Optional, but helpful) Photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s).
Package Your Item(s): Securely pack your item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached. Include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship Your Return: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Inspection & Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund.
Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Refund Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed by Zentrient.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, please initiate a return as described above. Once your return is processed and approved, you can then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at contact@zentrient.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We will:
Cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
Arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs (if applicable), after verifying the issue.
We may request photos or other proof of the defect or error.
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
7. Restocking Fees

Option A (No Restocking Fee): We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Option B (With Restocking Fee): A restocking fee of [e.g., 10%, $5.00] may be applied to returns of certain items, especially those that require significant re-packaging or inspection. Any applicable restocking fees will be clearly noted on the product page or at checkout, and will be deducted from your refund.
Option C (Conditional Restocking Fee): A restocking fee of [e.g., 15%] may be applied if items are returned in a condition that requires extensive cleaning or repair to be resalable, or if original packaging is missing/damaged. This will be assessed upon inspection of the returned item.
