2. Ordering & Account Management

  • Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating a Zentrient account allows you to track your orders, view your order history, save your shipping details for faster checkout, and manage your preferences.

  • How do I create an account? You can create an account by clicking the "Sign Up" or "Register" link at the top of our website and following the prompts.

  • I forgot my password. What should I do? On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the instructions to reset your password.

  • How can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@zentrient.com or call us at +1 (859) 371-0277. We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible before the order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You would then need to follow our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order? Please contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the shipping address if your order has not yet been processed for shipment.

  • Where is my order confirmation? An order confirmation email is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout shortly after your order is placed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox. If you still can't find it, contact us.

  • How long does it take to process an order? Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays) before shipment.

  • What are the estimated delivery times?

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after shipment.

    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after shipment. Please note these are estimates and can vary.

  • How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to track your package.

  • Do you ship internationally? Currently, Zentrient primarily ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but may in the future.

  • Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses? Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that expedited shipping may not be available for P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO delivery times can be significantly longer.

  • What if my package is lost or damaged? Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed instructions on how to proceed if your package is damaged upon arrival or appears to be lost in transit.


5. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return, provided the item is unused, in original packaging with tags, and you have proof of purchase. Please review our full Return and Refund Policy for complete details and exclusions.

  • How do I return an item? To initiate a return, email us at contact@zentrient.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with an RMA number and instructions.

  • Do I pay for return shipping? Yes, you are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

  • When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after processing by Zentrient.
